Brian brings an added dimension to Innovative Real Estate. Brian’s experience in residential real estate comes from 14 years working as a real estate appraiser followed by 20 years in real estate sales.  Brian has a diploma in Building and Architectural Technology and is familiar with the many building practices applied in residential construction.  He prides himself on educating Buyers on construction quality as well trends in the real estate market.  Brian has a conservative approach when working with Buyers and is mindful of relevant factors that could affect the market value of properties now and in the future.

A lifelong resident of Dartmouth, Brian is well known for his community involvement and his participation in sports such as hockey, running and paddling.

Despite his impressive resume, Brian is first and foremost a people person. “I have always believed that real estate is not just about land and buildings. My career has always been focused on helping people achieve their goals”, says Brian. “I take just as much satisfaction from helping young clients purchase their first home or investment property as I gain from working on behalf of large corporate and institutional clients”.
