We are a Sustainability Ally with Ecology Action Centre

Trevor Parsons, broker/owner of Innovative Real Estate has long promoted the shop local ethic and the need for environmental sustainability, and he believes the two go hand in hand.

“Shopping local supports family farms and local entrepreneurs making sure that more of our money stays in the provincial economy”, says Trevor. “We appreciate the importance of protecting and enhancing our natural environment and creating a sustainable economy, making our association with the EAC a natural fit.”

As a measure of our support for these principals, we have agreed to donate to the Ecology Action Centre each time a member of the organization purchases or sells a property using the professional services of Innovative Real Estate*.

How does it work? It is an amazingly simple process. When you contact Brian or Trevor to retain their services, just mention that you are a member of the Ecology Action Centre. There are no forms to fill out and there is no verification process. Your word that you are a member is good enough for us. Once the transaction closes, we will forward a cheque to EAC in the amount of $500, unless, of course you buy and sell through Innovative. In that case we will cut a check for $500 for each transaction making the total donation a thousand dollars.
